Do you really provide service world wide?
Yes. We have customers in Bermuda, Colombia, Mexico, Aruba, Saint Martin, New Zealand, Dominican republic, and Canada. Canadian customers can have a dish and receiver installation or use our internet option to receive our service.

Will I lose time on packages if I don’t sell right away?
Resellers or bulk buyers are not active when sold. Only when you activate will the time begin.

Can I shut off service for non payment?
Yes. You can also send payment reminders on the TV screen or to tell them about events or specials offers only with our box.

Why is there a package for 2 TVs but different prices?
The $39.99 DITV package is 2 packages in one on two TVs, so it’s like having 4 DITV packages. It also has more feature and is best used with the DITV box.
The $19.99 DITV package is the same package on 2 TVs. You can watch both anywhere you don’t have to be on the same network, watch on 2 TVs at the same time.

What is IKS?
It’s a service that uses FTA receivers and a dish to get the same content DITV has. Some DITV packages come with info to activate FTA receivers.

Does your service buffer or freezes?
No we have a quality product no selling over loaded servers like many others.

Do you have a package for multiple boxes?
Yes. All DITV Packages

Which package has the most features?

DITV PLUS with the DITV BOX.

Which package has the most HD channels?

IOTV package, or 4K DITV package.

What channels do you get for $59?
The $59 package is the top package from each provider so you receive all the channels in HD.

Which package is the best deal?

Do you offer sports packages?

Yes. All the DITV packages have plenty of sports channels and packages.

Is your service yearly or monthly?

We have monthly and yearly options available.

Do you have service for the Roku?

Yes. DITV Roku channel is almost done we will add it to the website soon.

Can the adult channels be removed?

Yes, from some packages but all can be locked.

Is this service legal? How can you offer movies that are still in theaters?

Yes. If you are only watching streams of a movie and not downloading copyrighted content it’s perfectly legal.

 

Can I use the Digitalstbplayer app to receive your service?

Yes. Just download the app from our website and you are ready to watch TV.

How much speed do I need for your service?

5GB to 8GB of download speed, more if you have an HD or 4K package.

Do I have to purchase equipment from you?
No. You can purchase your equipment from anyone you want.

Why are your sat and cable prices so cheap?

Sat and cable TV prices are cheap because as an authorized dealer we set our own prices but we can’t advertise if the price is lower than the price the company has set.

Is there really no contract?
There’s no contract you can cancel anytime you want.

Which provider has the best service?
IOTV and DITV

Does your sat and cable price change after a year?
No. This is not a promotional price this is the price you pay for our service everyday.

Do I need internet for your service?
It depends on the package you pick. For IOTV, DITV PAKs, you need internet. For Directv, Dishnet, FTA, and IKS a dish is needed.

Do you offer international programming?
Yes. All of our services have international programming.

Can you lock adult content?
Yes.

Can you remove adult content from a package?
Some packages you can have it removed some you can’t.

Do you have reseller packages?
Yes. We not only provide you with the product but you can also have a website and 800 number.

Will I receive local channels?
It depends on the package and box you use. We have a DITV BOX and Directv box that will give you your locals both boxes with a guide and in HD quality.

 

Can I use my own Directv receiver to receive your service?

Yes. You can use your own equipment. If you have a Directv receiver make sure you own the equipment. If you’re not sure we can run a check to let you know if it’s owned or leased equipment.

Programming for Dishnetwork, Directv, and IOTV, can be done two different ways.

1. Using apps like Slingplayer, Havaplayer, Vulkanoplayer, and Digitalstbplayer – You login using the app player on any device

and connect to a receiver connected to our server. This service can be used by people who can’t have a dish installed but still want the service they have the internet option. With this service you receive all channels for $59. It allows

you to have more than one service on the same box. You can switch from Roku to Dishnetwork service on your phone,
ipad, or TV using Neo TV. This is also for people who want their TV service to be mobile. You can watch TV anywhere on any

device if the device has one of these apps. There’s no VPN needed so this service is perfect for someone in a

region where some content won’t play or a provider is not available in your area. Everything is made available

with this service.

2. Card activation – This can only be done with a Directv receiver and sometimes it can be activated over the

internet. When it doesn’t work we send the receiver to the customer already activated using our sellers account on
Amazon. If you already have a dish setup just connect the receiver and you are done. If you need a dish installed

and you live locally we will install the dish for you. If you are not in our service area we can help you find an installer in

your area. If possible you can always install the dish yourself. The price for the service is $59 for each box you activate.

Dish installation price depends on the job you want done. Normal price range is $100 to $120.

 

The normal way you signup for service with any other providers they run a check on the customer to see if they qualify for the service. Then they charge you over a hundred dollars for all the same channels we charge for only $59. We don’t run checks, we need no information but what package are you interested in. We also offer service with a dish and receiver to customers in Canada.

A – No. So please ask questions before you purchase anything.

A – Yes. Dvr feature is $9.99 extra per month so is HD which comes with extra channels. If you use the Digitalstbplayer app it’s free.

Q – What is the minimum I can pay each month for service?
A – This depends on what channels you want to receive. Our lowest priced package is $5.99 a month.

Q – Do I need a credit card to subscribe to DIGITALSTB TV?
A – No. You can if you want but it is not required you can use any method to make your payments.

A – No, but since there is no contract and no way for us to receive payment for any equipment we can’t give them to our customers for free.

Installation:

Q – How long does installation take?
A – Installation time varies depending on the number of TVs but less than an hour.

Q – How soon can I be installed?
A – Most installations can be complete in 48 hours from the time of ordering, and if local installers are available in your area you may be installed in as little as 24 hrs. Please call us to inquire when your DIGITALSTB TV can be installed.

Q – Will wiring be installed in my house just like the cable company does?
A – Yes. Most installations will be completed with new, high quality cabling for the clearest digital picture on your TV.

Q – Can my service be installed using my existing cable jack outlets in my wall?
A – If your existing cable jack outlet is of sufficient quality, our installers may be able to provide DIGITALSTB Network service through it.

Equipment:

Q – Can I watch separate programming on two TVs with a single DIGITALSTB TV receiver?
A – Yes. You can order a dual-room receiver that can provide programming to two televisions at once and different channels can be watched on each separate television. The receivers that are capable of this are the 322, DVR 625 and the DVR 722.

Q – Can I have a receiver that supports picture-in-picture (PIP)?
A – Yes. Our following receivers support (PIP); the 625 and the 722.
